Setup Internet on a Modem
To get started on the modem, please follow the steps below:
Plug into the World of the Internet with a Safaricom 3G Modem at only Ksh2,999
First insert the modem into the USB port of your laptop or desktop
A window will automatically open on your computer's screen asking you to install the software necessary to run the broadband modem. Click on OK.
Enter the PIN number of your modem's SIM card to connect it to the network
Now top up your modem by sending the 12 digit scratchcard number to 141 from the modem interface SMS window
Activate a data bundle so that you can get most value for your airtime. To know the available bundles text "balance" to 450
To activate your bundle send the value of the bundle to 450 e.g. to activate 80MB bundle send 250 to 450
